A S YOU prepare to vote today I want to speak to you as your Prime Minister. The Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
I do so in a message that is appearing in both the Belfast News Letter and the Irish News. That is because in my view the Agreement on which you cast judgment today meets the fundamental concerns of both Unionists and Nationalists, Protestants and Catholics.
