The owner of a troubled holiday cruise ship last night admitted: "I'm to blame."
Jack Waters, a director of Lowline, the firm which owns the Edinburgh Castle, said they were responsible for the delays and problems.
He admitted: "We didn't have time to complete the refit for the maiden voyage and had to continue the work when the ship sailed."
