With the Chinese Year of the Tiger getting under way, there's never been a better time to go wild and shell out on tiger prawns or shrimps.
Tiger prawns look beautiful and are big and juicy but they're often quite expensive to buy fresh and uncooked.
If you can't get hold of these, use what looks good and fresh in the fishmonger's.
