Wales have started a global search for the big-money World Cup successor to departed national coach Kevin Bowring.
Bowring, who had 18 months of his pounds 50,000-a-year contract still remaining, and the Welsh Rugby Union, yesterday reached "mutual agreement" before bidding each other farewell.
The WRU could not meet Bowring's pre-World Cup demands and rugby director Terry Cobner revealed that talks were already under way with potential replacements.
