Boxing officials told an industrial tribunal yesterday that women were unfit to box because they have periods and pre-menstrual tension PMT.
The allegation came from the British Boxing Board of Control at the hearing in Croydon, south London, where boxer Jane Couch, aged 29, is claiming sexual discrimination because she is being refused a professional licence.
