SPRING Bank Holidays in and around Loch Lomond are never going to be the same again.
The ever-popular tourist and day-tripper destination is to benefit from the addition of a pounds 60 million tourist attraction due to open in April, 2001.
Lomond Shores is expected to bring considerable wealth to an area which has never fully capitalised on its natural assets.
And around 800 jobs are expected to be created for people living in Balloch and nearby towns such as Helensburgh, Dumbarton and Clydebank.
