KLOCKNER PENTAPLAST of America Inc., Gordonsville, Va., has bought the rigid vinyl calendaring operation of Arcor SA, of Villa del Totoral, in Cordoba province, Argentina. The business will now operate under the name Klockner Pentaplast de Argentina SA.
According to Tom Goeke, president of Klockner, Arcor is the market leader in rigid vinyl film and sheet in the Common Market of the South countries, which include Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and associate members Bolivia and Chile.
