It sounds like a can't-miss idea: Take all the characters from Comedy Central's beloved "South Park," put them behind the wheels of wacky little go-carts, and litter snowy Colorado racetracks with hilariously tasteless power-ups. The end result should be an offbeat, laughter- filled racing game.
