The publisher of a controversial Czech version of Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf" said a second printing of the book is being planned after the first printrun sold out in three days, CTK reported. Michal Zitko, director of the Prague-based Otakar II publishing house, said the "unprecedented media campaign, for which I did not pay and in which I did not participate," led to the quick sale of 4,000 copies from the first printing.
