DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA
NEW YORK, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Subsequent to a worldwide distribution agreement announced earlier this year, LVMH Moet Hennessy.Louis Vuitton (NASDAQ: LVMHY), the Paris-based luxury products group, and the British group Guinness PLC announced details of a realigned distribution network in Southeast Asia to take effect Jan. 1, 1988, which will focus on two joint venture core groups.
The two businesses, the RicheMonde and Caldbeck groups, will distribute specific brands of Moet-Hennessy and United Distillers, a Guinness subsidiary, in Hong Kong, ...
