It's that tennis time of year again when strawberries and cream are as sought-after as tickets for Wimbledon.
As the players warm up, moves are well in hand to satisfy demand for the tournament's traditional tennis dessert. Pundits predict 27,000kg of strawberries and 7,000 litres of cream will be enjoyed during this year's championships.
