Ian Wright sat on his hands yesterday instead of gunning down Sunderland's FA Cup challenge at Highbury. He was suspended. Again.
His temper, aggression or loose tongue have cost him and Arsenal dear - both on and off the pitch.
This season he has been before the FA beak for allegedly descibing Sheffield Wednesday boss David Pleat as a "pervert". Last month he was dismissed for stamping as Arsenal lost to Nottingham Forest in Stuart Pearce's first match in charge ... despite an almost inevitable Wright goal.
Wright's a bag of contradictions. He is ...
