A member of a Tyrone family of 16 children, all of whom were sexually abused by their perverted father, has launched a scathing attack on the social services.
For more than 14 years, Malachy was the victim of sexual abuse, not only from his father but also from his brothers and sisters.
So, when he was taken into care at the age of 11 he thought his torture had ended.
However, he could not have been more mistaken.
While Malachy, now 22, was in care, he was sexually abused.
