YUGOSLAVIAN PRESIDENT SENDS LETTER OF CONGRATULATIONS TO

REAGAN AND GORBACHEV ON OCCASION OF SIGNING INF TREATY

WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Embassy of Yugoslavia today reported that the president of the presidency of Yugoslavia, Lazar Mojsov, sent a letter of congratulations to both President Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev on the occasion of the signing of the Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty.
