REAGAN AND GORBACHEV ON OCCASION OF SIGNING INF TREATY
WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Embassy of Yugoslavia today reported that the president of the presidency of Yugoslavia, Lazar Mojsov, sent a letter of congratulations to both President Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev on the occasion of the signing of the Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty.
The letter was handed over by the ambassador of Yugoslavia to the United States, Z. Kovacevic, to the principal deputy assistant secretary for European and Canadian affairs in the Department of State, Charles Thomas. The text ...
