CALGARY, March 31 CNW-AsiaNet - Pelorus Navigation Systems Inc. (CDNX: PN) announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary Pelorus AustralAsia Pty. Limited (ACN 091 922 315) located in Sydney, Australia, it has completed the purchase of Plessey Asia Pacific (formerly AWA Plessey) aerospace division assets including ownership of its wholly owned subsidiary, Interscan Pty. Ltd.

Pelorus is essentially taking over Plessey's navigation systems business as a going concern. The division has for many years been very successful in supplying the growing airport navigational systems market in the Asia ...
