A massive roar will greet the start of the new football season today - but the sound of cash ringing through the tills could be even louder.
Our exclusive survey by CLARE RAYMOND reveals the huge cost of going to Premiership matches and a gulf in prices. At Chelsea it costs pounds 126.30 for a parent and two kids (best seats, programme, food and drink) - pounds 86.90 more than Liverpool.
A Premiership spokesman says: "Clubs charge what they can get away with."
