UNLIKE her father, I do not find the picture of violinist Vanessa Mae, posing in a clinging dress in the sea, offensive.
Vanessa's father says the skimpy dress makes her look like a "soft-porn showgirl".
But I think the picture has an aesthetic quality.
Manet or Renoir would have loved to paint her.
