VANCOUVER, Feb. 28 /CNW-PRN/ - National Challenge Systems Inc. (NCS) today announced the execution of a series of agreements to purchase three Canadian companies that are actively engaged in the collection, processing and disposal of non-hazardous liquid organic waste. These agreements position NCS to aggressively pursue this major sector of the waste management industry.
Under these agreements, which are subject to the successful completion of a $20 million equity placement, shareholder approval for the purchases and for the financing, and regulatory approval, NCS will purchase the entire share capital of the following companies:
