Network Plus Corp. announced today the pricing of concurrent public offerings of common stock and convertible preferred stock.
Common Stock Offering
Network Plus will offer 5,000,000 shares of common stock for an aggregate offering price of $145 million in an underwritten public offering. Of the 5,000,000 million shares being offered, 4,509,804 shares are being offered by Network Plus and 490,196 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders.
