SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ --
The following was issued today by Banco Santander Puerto Rico:
San Juan, Puerto Rico -- Feb. 22 -- The Board of Directors of Banco Santander Puerto Rico (NYSE: SBP; LATIBEX: XSBP), the second largest financial institution on the island, declared on February 18, 2000, a cash dividend of $0.11 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 3rd, 2000 to shareholders of record as of February 29, 2000.
