Consorcio G Grupo DINA, S.A. de C.V. ("DINA"), (NYSE: DIN; DIN.L), today reported its results for the fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 1999. The results for 1999 were significantly affected by an organizational and financial restructuring of the company during the second half.
