1. Introduction:
In a series of papers using the time series-based tests of Bernard and Durlauf (1996), and their own modifications incorporating structural breaks, Greasley and Oxley investigate the existence of Convergence Clubs, see Greasley and Oxley (1997, 1998a). Oxley and Greasley (1995) show that Britain and Australia are characterized by long run income per capita convergence. Here we extend this research by considering possible convergence between New Zealand and Australia.
