Imperial Technology Inc., a manufacturer of solid state disk and cache systems, has dramatically increased the capacity of its 3.5-inch MegaRam-35 solid state disk.
The MegaRam-35, the smallest solid state disk, now can be configured with an amazing 2.1GB of nonvolatile storage or up to 4.2GB of volatile storage. This increased capacity will help accommodate the larger "hot" files associated with applications such as e-mail, financial trading, e-commerce and telecommunications.
