VENTURES, INC.
EAST HARTFORD, Conn., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: NAHL, NAHAK) announced today it had reached an agreement to be acquired by North American Ventures, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVI).
Individual shareholders will have the choice of receiving one of the two alternative forms of payment for each share of North American Holding Corp. common and class A stock.
