Philips will export 40% of the 7mil TV cinescopes (TV tubes) produced in the Sao Jose dos Campos's plant in 2000. The company signed contracts with 16 foreign clients to sell US$100mil in 14 and 20 inches cinescopes. Among the companies are Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp, Zenith, and Philips.
