FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, a unit of FleetBoston Financial Corporation, today named George J. Holder managing director and head of Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions.
He will oversee the group's advisory services for transactions including sales and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations, and strategic alternative reviews. Holder will report to Daniel P. Williams, managing director and head of Middle Market Investment Banking.
