Just over two hours drive from Chicago, in the peaceful farmlands of Southwestern Wisconsin, lies Green County. Its rolling hills, dotted with small towns, wooded pastures, flower-sprinkled meadows, grazing cattle and many cheese factories are strikingly reminiscent of rural Switzerland.
