Danice Boyd of Glendale Heights, a busy working mother of two children, uses the same mix-and-match formula for preparing simple, fast, nutritious meals with homemade taste. All her dinners consist of one meat, one vegetable and one starch, and they can all be interchanged like a wardrobe full of red, white and blue clothing.
