New office building in village wins board's recommendation
Millbrook Business center at Route 22 and Millbrook Drive might add another building to its list. The Buffalo Grove village board has recommended a project to add a five-story office building with a two-level parking structure on 6 1/2 acres, recently received an exchange of land with the village of Lincolnshire already housing two other facilities. Mark Weir of Millbrook properties plans a building identical to the one to the east of the proposed $25 million project. "It's not just a glass box," Weir said of the design.
