Central and South West Corporation (NYSE: CSR) (CSW) and its Texas electric operating companies today submitted a filing to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) to request approval of the proposed energy delivery charge portion of customer bills when retail competition begins in Texas on Jan. 1, 2002.
These filings are part of the transition to retail competition for electricity customers in Texas as provided in Texas Senate Bill 7 on Electric Restructuring.
