I must confess that I was absent the day they taught how to tell Frank Thomas, all 6-feet-5 of him, that he must wear a pretty sweater and colorful skirt.
Don't laugh.
That's what we've been hearing for the past couple of weeks, that the White Sox want Frank Thomas to bring his pom-poms to Comiskey Park this season.
This is true.
They want Thomas to put on a cheerleading outfit, do cartwheels and sing the praises of White Sox baseball.
