Congratulations goes to two teams from the Youth Bowling Program at Liberty Lanes Bowling Center in Meadowdale Shopping Center.
The teams will be advancing to the state tournament, which will be held in Lockport March 25.
The teams and their chaperones will travel to Lockport by a charter bus that will bring them to Strike and Spare Lanes for opening ceremonies at 11 a.m. and bowling at noon. They will stay overnight at a local hotel and enjoy a swimming and pizza party at a neighboring YMCA. The group will return to Carpentersville the following day.
The trip is paid for through yearly fund-raisers such as the candy sale being held by Liberty ...
