TOKYO, Apr 26 Asia Pulse - Toshiba Plant Kensetsu Co. (TSE:1983) said Tuesday that it planned to expand its overseas businesses to 20% of its total revenue from the current 3% by fiscal year 2004, and to cut its work force by 7% to 1,980 employees.
