The International Herpes Alliance (IHA) (1) today launched its new Internet-based information resource, www.herpesalliance.org , to support the millions of people around the world who are infected with herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2), which causes genital herpes (2) -- one of the world's most common sexually transmitted diseases.
