FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Florine Mark, president of The WW Group, Inc., the largest franchise of Weight Watchers International, announced the acquisition of Weight Watchers of southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia -- the greater Pittsburgh area.
The WW Group, Inc. owns and operates 11 Weight Watchers franchises in nine states, Canada and Mexico. With average weekly memberships of 50,000, the Pittsburgh acquisition is expected to increase weekly averages by an additional 20 percent.
