(Pink Sheets:RMGG) is pleased to announce a major distribution agreement was signed in Los Angeles April 12, 2000 between Michael Shen, President of Glusa Inc.("Glusa") and Brian Hodge President of Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co.
