DALLAS-Continuing in the acquisition mode, Fitz and Floyd, the giftware and home furnishings designer and distributor based here, has purchased the assets of Seasons, a home fragrance and decorative accessories company.
"Fitz and Floyd as a company today is a major player in home fragrance, and soon to be in the decorative accessories market as well," said Safford Sweatt, president and chief executive. "And that is a booming business."
According to Sweatt, the decorative accessories business grew 25 percent last year and is expected to echo that pace this year. "It's a blossoming business, one we're excited about expanding upon," he said.
