Sirius Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI), the satellite radio broadcaster, and We Media today announced an alliance to develop distinctive audio programming targeted at the community of people with disabilities, their family and friends. The programming will be heard on Sirius' 100-channel subscription radio service, which will deliver commercial-free music, news, entertainment and information to consumers coast-to-coast. We Media is the country's first multi-media company designed to serve the community of people with disabilities by providing them access to the information and resources they have historically been denied.
