Online Music Service With Just $27,000 In Sales Hopes To Raise $9.0 Million
SUNHAWK.COM, an internet supplier of printed music, has filed an "S-1" form with the Securities and Exchange Commission in preparation for an initial public offering. Coleman & Companies Securities, the lead underwriter of the issue, anticipates raising over $9.0 million in capital by selling 1.2 million shares in Sunhawk at between $7 and $8.
