May 7--It was such great fun to watch Time Warner and Disney waddle up to each other like bad sumo wrestlers and slam their bloated bellies together.

Tech companies are so cute at this age, so much more fun to watch than in their former lives as stodgy old publishers of pompous magazines or makers of movies about Volkswagens with childish personalities.

"He wants to take my candy," cried Time Warner executives, who alleged that Disney was asking for outrageous fees for the privilege of showing its ABC stations on Time Warner's cable system.
