SCIENCE CENTER TO DEVELOP $21 MILLION OFFICE CONDOMINIUM

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The University City Science Center, Philadelphia, today announced the construction of a $21 million hi-rise office/research condominium building at the southwest corner of 36th and Market streets in the heart of the Science Center's 17-acre research park.

The financing was closed today with Continental Bank, and construction is scheduled to begin next Monday, Feb. 8, with an opening date targeted for June 1989.
