Just when you thought Steve Witkoff was only tossing 'em away, here comes a basket from a play he other investors have been bouncing around for two years, waiting for another's jump shot to miss the mark.
Now, the Witkoff Group, Harvey Ravner and Martin Levine have purchased eleven buildings for $32 million totalling some 245,000 square feet of historic cast iron. One is at 676 Broadway in Noho, while the other ten are in prime Soho at 470 Broome Street; 23-25 Greene Street, 28-30 Greene Street, 32-34 Greene Street, 72-76 Greene Street, and 21-27 Mercer Street.
