Recent research has led to the announcement of a new field of hydrogen chemistry, which may provide a fundamental new energy source. The process, derived theoretically and confirmed empirically by Black-Light Power Inc., Cranbury, NJ, is not nuclear -- neither fission nor fusion, nor is it chemical in the usual sense, in that there is no molecular alteration.
