If race car drivers are strapped for cash after completing 100 laps of a popular Michigan Speedway event next month, they will be in luck. Flagstar Bank, the $4.8 billion-asset subsidiary of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Flagstar Bancorp, has installed automated teller machines at the speedway as part of its deal to sponsor a June 10 race in the ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series. Flagstar is paying in the "mid-six figures" to be title sponsor of the competition and the facility's official bank for this year. The race, previously lacking a title sponsor, is being billed as the Flagstar 200. It will be broadcast on ESPN and is expected to draw about 147,000 people to the track. ...
