Zeckendorf Realty, LP completed the sales of its 37 units at 515 Park Avenue, Manhattan's first luxury residential building to open in the year 2000. Tenants have begun moving into the building, which at $3,000 per square-foot is considered one of the most expensive addresses in the world.
