Amherst Corporate Computer Sales & Solutions, a leading business-to-business e-seller of IT products, services and information, today announced that it has acquired the $180 million Computer Products Division of Allstar Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLS). The acquisition significantly expands Amherst's geographical reach and boosts its annualized revenues to $500 million. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed by Amherst, a privately held company.
