TOPIC: During the annual American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting, the results of a survey were revealed in which 258 physicians were asked if they would tell their terminally ill patients how long they have to live, according to an MSNBC.com report. A team of researchers discovered that although 96 percent of the doctors divulged to researchers an estimated life span for their terminally ill patients, only 37 percent allegedly stated they would share this information with their patients.
