Within the U.S. national parks, one can see every color imaginable, and then some. But among the millions of people who visit and work in national parks, one color still dominates the face of the system after 84 years: lily white. To encourage people of color to visit the parks, the National Park Service and the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) held a conference in San Francisco entitled, "America's Parks-America's People.
