Russian President Vladimir Putin on 22 May announced that all slots in his cabinet have been filled. Two days earlier, he had appointed Aleksei Gordeev as deputy prime minister and agriculture minister, replacing Vladimir Shcherbak, and Aleksandr Gavrin as energy minister, replacing Viktor Kalyuzhnyi.
