Ball Corp. and ConAgra Products, a unit of ConAgra Inc., will form a strategic alliance for the manufacture and supply of metal food containers for ConAgra Grocery Products. The joint venture, called Ball Western Can Co., will acquire and operate certain ConAgra Grocery products manufacturing assets in California.
